Wigan triumphed one nil in a dire game at the JJB. Second half substiture Henri Camara got it.
Everton would have been top of the form table and up to fifth had they won; as it is, Wigan jump out of the drop zone and leapfrog Spurs and Sunderland.
It was an eminently forgettable game so I won’t say anything more – let’s just erase it from our memories and move swiftly onto a hopefully more exciting Champions League midweek calendar.
